Klassy Koats Services and Booking Policies

We can not wait to help you on your foot and nail wellness journey! But before you book your experience please read the important info below!

(Not all services are available at all locations. No manicure services are provided at Houston Foot Dr. location) 

• All services require a 50% deposit amount paid to book online. The deposit is  used as a "retainer" for your scheduled appointment.  This is not the cost of the service; the retainer is deducted from the total amount of your service.

• Toenail Acrylic removal is not provided. If you arrive with acrylic there is a possibility your appointment will be cancelled or you will have to pay a $50 removal fee.  

​

• We charge by the condition of your feet (Klassy Koats Pedicures range from $100-$425). Please send your name and pictures of both feet (top of the toes and bottom of the soles) for an accurate price of the service to 346-704-2215

​

• If you are interested in Toenail Restoration, we charge by the number of toenails that need to be cosmetically enhanced.  We cannot guarantee longevity of the prosthetic/restored toenails if you have less than 30% of natural toenail.  ​

​

• No extra parties. Babies, children, and care givers must wait in their car or waiting area unless you need someone present for the foot assessment only. No children can be left alone in he waiting area. 

​

• If we are more then 30 minutes late starting your service, you have the right to reschedule your appointment and we will give you a free spa upgrade during your next visit.  Please be courteous as we try our hardest to communicate any delays ahead of time. 

​

• Retainer Fees are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE unless the nail professional is unable to service you on your scheduled appointment date.

​

• Late Policy - Missed Appointments- Rescheduling Your Appointment

  • Late Policy: $15 late fee will be applied if a client arrives 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes of tardiness, the appointment will be cancelled and the client is responsible for paying the remaining balance of the scheduled appointment. A new appointment must be booked for a later date and time with a new retainer.

  • If you miss your appointment, cancel on the day of, or cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled service. You will not be allowed to book again until this amount is paid. 

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment prior to 48 hours of your service date and time, your retainer will go towards the scheduled appointment of the SAME service.
